The analysed data layers were raster data (gridded cells) at a resolution of 200m2. Data included in the analysis:Scallop grouds (Tucker et al. 2012)Trawling effort (Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), 2014)Because of the high degree of local spatial variability in the trawling effort fishing layer, a smoothing radii of 3 km was applied to describe resource use.
